Managing Quality Workmanship in Plant Turn Around

This presentation will focus on the quality philosophy and practical approach to ensuring that quality workmanship is achieved in plant Turn Around (TA) activity. It elaborates on the foundation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) and focuses on static equipment and bolted flanges/joints. The audience will get a grasp of the QAQC intentions, its framework, the joint integrity program and details of the modus operandi. Real application and actual results from a recent TA activity will be the key learnings from this presentation.
